The Rainy City Roller Girls as pleased to host a training day for NEWBIES and INTERMEDIATES.
If you can skate and want to learn to play Roller Derby then join us.
If you have just passed your minimum skills and want to up skill to make the team then sign up.
If you are a budding referee and want to get expert tuition on practical refereeing the give us a whistle
Top Coaches, Referees and Players will be passing on skills drills and thrills
Group 1 Newbies
You need to already have basic skating skills, starting, skating, turning and stopping.
Our ultra patient coaches will be pouring derby skills into you:

All to move you faster towards passing your minimum skills test.
Group 2 Intermediates
Skaters who have recently passed their minimum skills test and have scrimmaged.
Our top flight coaches will show you how to:
Taking you the the next roller derby level.
Referees
We have assembled some of the most experience referees in the country to pass on their dark arts:

Rules discussion and open forum,

Planning to be a head referee.
The day will climax with a full on 90 minutes hour pick-up scrimmage to put theory into practice.
